Hertz renting exotic sports cars in Florida

Car rental giant is offering Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley and other performance and exotic rides.

Hertz Corporation is now renting performance and exotic cars in Florida, a move that should take away all disappointment from receiving an "Or Similar" model. 

Dubbed Hertz Dream Cars, the program features cars like the Ferrari F430 Spider, Lamborghini Gallardo, SRT Viper and even a Tesla Model S. But it's not just about the cars - Hertz says that renters will have a white glove experience, with a concierge either meeting them at the airport or delivering the car to their homes.

At the moment, the program is available only in Florida and offers a few of the intended vehicles, divided into three categories: Exotic cars (Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe, Ferrari F430 Spider, Lamborghini Gallardo, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, Nissan GT-R); performance cars (Porsche Boxster, Porsche 911, Porsche Panamera, Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG); and SUVs (Porsche Cayenne).
